We provide guides to help you properly install, use and maintain your safety shower and emergency eyewash equipment.
How to install emergency eyewash
- Orient the fixed base and connect it to the ground with an expansion bolt.
- Attach and lock the 5/4 drainage tees to the base.
- Connect and lock the 5/4 steel pipe with the eyewash assembly and the 5/4 drainage triples.
- Attach and lock the eye washing basin on the eyewash assembly with an eye washing basin pressure cap.
- Connect and lock the filter to the eyewash spray nozzle.
- Attach and lock the assembled eyewash spray nozzle to the horn elbow by diagram.
- Put the assembled horn bends in the eyewash basin and attach and lock it to the basin pressure cap.
- Put the dust cover above the filter.
- Connect the 4-point bend to the eye wash assembly at an angle of 90 °.
- Connect and lock the 4-point inlet control valve to the 4-point bending pipe.
- Attach the push board to the 4-point water control valve and lock it.
Eyewash installation precautions
- It must be installed around the dangerous working area, generally at a distance of 10 or 15 meters.
- The location should be cleaned and confirmed and free of barrier.
- The water source of the eyewash should be drinking water.
- The eyewash should be cleaned and examined once in a week.
- Workers must be guided on the proper use of eyewash before using.
- Flushing of eyes and face should last at least 10 or 15 minutes.
How to use emergency eyewash
Remove the dust cover, push the activation valve on the eyewash station and water immediately flow out. Reset the valve and dust cover after use.

This product is used to temporarily mitigate the damage of hazardous material to users’ body in emergency. Further medical treatment requires medical guidance.
The product should be regularly inspected and troubleshot. The results should be recorded.
